Kelda Holmes


Kelda will be at the BAC, from 20th April-9th May in the revival of STAND, which is a verbatim piece by Chris Goode & Company. STAND, is a collection of real life stories about ordinary people changing the world.Other credits include:

TV: Press Gang (five series), CasualtyThe Bill.

Film: 1984An Unsuitable job for a Woman.

Radio: Second Thoughts (two series), Bright as a Lamp, Simple As a Ring, No Commitments, Up The garden Path, Tutor Group Starters, Something Happened, a site specific radio drama (all for BBCR4).

Training: Anna Scher Theatre, Ecoles Jacques Lecoq (Paris 1993/4).

Regular reader since 2003 with Interact Stroke support, aiding recovery of stroke patients in hospital setting.

From 1999-2000 Production Supervisor at YCTV: charity set up to train and air broadcast quality programmes on Cable TV made by school children and unemployed young people.

Degree in broadcasting from Ravensbourne College, foundation course in fine art from the City Lit.

I enjoy deconstructing paintings, finding alternative subjects and narratives than those originally expressed by the artist.
